Please be aware that this is a vacation-share rental. We own two suites yet it is difficult for us to re-rent on short notice should you wish to cancel. Therefore, we must enforce some restrictions:

• Reservation/Cancellation:
  • Your reservation will be held with a deposit of 20% of the entire reservation amount. This is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation less than 90 days of your reservation date.
  • Your balance in full is due 90 days prior to your reservation date. If your balance is not received by us within this time, you agree to forfeit your deposit and allow us to rent the unit to another party. You also agree to release us from any incidental or consequential damages as may result from such cancellation and balance forfeiture.
• All rates are in U.S. dollars.
• SORRY, PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
